We have several important special features in plastic Recycling extruder, like the screw design and degassing systems. Screws used for PVC compounds should have a proper length/diameter (L/D) ratio depending on the specific plastic recipe and are composed of feeding, compression, and metering zones. Moreover, the liquid-ring pump installed on the base allows for the degassing of the partially jellified product. Naturally also screen changers are needed and granulation heads to re-granulate the PVC scraps and produce a new high quality raw material, in the form of granules/pellets.
