Single-Screw Extruders for Profiles

The precision and versatility of our E-GO single-screw extruders allow processing materials like PVC, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PPR, WPC, PO, PLA and many more for the production of technical profiles that are strong, du-rable and excellent also from an aesthetic point of view. Single-Screw Extruders for Pipes

Thanks to the E-GO single-screw technology by Bausano, it is possible to manufacture pipes for a great number of applications in various industries: from construction (water, electrical and gas conduit) to medical and automotive sector.

Single-layer or multilayer pipes, rigid or flexible and having a variable diameter, from small to large cross-section; made in PP, PP-R, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PE-X, PE-RT, PMMA, PC, PA and PU. Thanks to the wide range of Bausano accessories – all customisable – it is possible to build complete extrusion lines, to fit any specific requirements.

Calibration and cooling bench

The calibration system with water cooling is used to make linear high speed extruders; it ensures dimensional stability.

Take off Unit

The Take off Unit is an easy to use and ergonomic modular element. It can receive both local and remote PLC commands, thanks to a mobile command panel, which can be positioned anywhere on the line and can be synchronized with the extruder.

Cutter

The cutter, which is also modular and ergonomic, is equipped with PLC command panels to immediately and easily check the various work parameters.

The objective of the introduction of the new Nextmover range concerns the energy analysis of the system, through a control
system Digital Extruder Control 4.0 that measures all the energy flows and elaborates graphs and tables that allow one to verify
the exact consumption during the production process. Going from these data it is possible to compare consumption with the
reference ones and define specific efficiency measures
