Pipe Extrusion
Bausano designs and implements complete extrusion machinery for plastic based on extruder
technology MD and E-GO series, suitable for production of thermoplastic pipes with
diameters starting from a few millimeters up to 1,600 mm. Bausano lines enable the production of product types for various applications: from rigid
pipes with wide cross-section to flexible pipes with small diameter, from monolayer to
multilayer products, from smooth to corrugated pipes.
Profile Extrusion
The long-standing experience in polymer extrusion machine allows Bausano to ensure high
performance and great reliability over time. Bausano single-screw and twin-screw extrusion
lines allow producing rigid and flexible profiles with different font-weights and dimensions -
from a few grams to several kilogrammes/metre, from a few millimetres to more than one
metre width.
Pellet Extrusion

subsequent moulding, extrusion or calendering, starting from virgin or recycled material.
