Predictive maintenance with Bausano Suite SPHERA and the Pharos module


Through the Bausano Suite SPHERA platform, equipped with the Pharos module, it is possible to activate a predictive maintenance service based on real data and analytical models. The system collects and interprets machine parameters in real time – extruders, haul-offs, cutters – via industrial protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus TCP, SQL). Anomalies are detected through predictive analysis models that flag drift, inefficiencies or potential faults.
