3. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA
- BROWSING DATA The computer systems used to operate this Site acquire some personal data transmitted through secure protocols. This collection is in no way aimed at identifying the user but this could take place through processing and association with data held by third parties. 5. COMMUNICATION AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The communication of data is a contractual obligation and, as a requirement of the contract, it is necessary for its conclusion and for the consequent provision of the services requested, therefore, the failure, partial or incorrect provision of data will not allow the establishment of the contractual relationship, with the consequent impossibility of providing the service. The categories of recipients of personal data may be: digital consultancy, communication, IT services. The communication of data is not compulsory but without the provision of data it will not be possible to provide additional services, (e.g. the marketing service).
6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD AND CRITERIA USED TO DETERMINE IT
Users' personal data will be stored in accordance with current legislation on the subject, for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed, taking into account: the need to continue to store the personal data collected to offer the services agreed with the Data Subject or to protect the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, as described in the purposes indicated above and the existence of specific regulatory or contractual obligations that make it necessary to process and store data for certain periods of time.

8. METHODS AND PLACE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is processed using both paper and electronic means, recorded and stored on digital databases, and processed at the company’s headquarters and by authorized subjects such as Data Processors in Italy and Europe.
