Designed by our team of technicians, the new series of MD Nextmover extruders offers a set of innovations, thus distinguishing itself clearly in the field of plastic granule, profile and tube production technology. The objective of the introduction of the new Nextmover range concerns the energy analysis of the system, through a control system (Digital Extruder Control) that measures all the energy flows and elaborates graphs and tables that allow one to verify the exact consumption during the production process. Going from these data it is possible to compare consumption with the reference ones and define specific efficiency measures.
The barrel is heated without contact by means of an alternating electromagnetic field: a faster and more efficient method, which guarantees top performance by significantly reducing component wear and energy consumption up to 35%.
The insulating protective layer, interposed between the induction coils (one per zone) and the barrel, allows you to keep the heat in the process and render the exterior surface cool to the touch.
