PROFILE EXTRUSION

Profile manufactures according to our exclusive POLYWOOD technology use wood powder up to 80 pct of the raw material. Profiles are obtained from separated raw materials directly fed to Bausano multi-vented twin screw with L/D 1/36, or alternatively by using the POLWOOD granules into single- screw extruders.

POLYWOOD profiles present extremely interesting characteristics:

GRANULATION LINE

They are processed with our exclusive system, based on Bausano multi-vented twin screw extruders with L/D 1/36. This way we have developed a palnt suitable to process raw materials, in granules, powder or scrap form, without pre-treatment like drying or blending. POLYWOOD granules are suitable for processing into both injection moulding and extrusion (single-screw ot twin screw extruders) units.
