Bausano & Figli S.p.A. has a materials technology laboratory equipped with a laboratory compound line made up a Bausano MD30 twin screw extruder available on an everyday basis to carry out processing tests on the materials with a view to identifying the various requirements of each customer even at reduced quantities of materials (such as 2-5 Kg).

This extruder has been built with an opening cylinder, to enable us to inspect the plasticisation trend during the process.
The cylinder has a hydropneumatic closing system. 

Bausano's technological laboratory is also equipped to carry out the physical characterisation of polymer materials.
